The World Sustainability Forum held its 10th Global Sustainability Leadership Awards 2023 in Le Meridien, Mauritius on the 12th of December 2023. The Award showcases leaders who have made remarkable achievements against all adversities in very difficult year. TPI Polene Public Company Limited (TPIPL) was given the citation for Sustainability Initiative of the Year. Receiving the award is Khun Pakkapol Leopairut, Executive Vice President Finance of TPI Polene Power Plc, TPIPL Group’s flagship company in renewable energy. 

World Sustainability Forum is a non-profit organization whose mission is to accelerate a just, humanitarian, and prosperous transformation to sustainable development. Starting 2020 the TPI Polene Group has embarked on a five-year capital expenditure program amounting close to THB40 billion to advance its long-term goal of achieving net zero greenhouse gas emission by 2043 by embracing Bio Circular Green Economy (BCG) as a sustainable business model encompassing construction & building materials, renewable energy and bio-organic compounds with application in agriculture and healthcare.

TPI Polene Plc – receives the award from the World Business Outlook as the Most Sustainable Conglomerate Group Thailand 2023 in the ceremony held at the  Bangkok Marriott Marquis Hotel on the 25^th of November. As Dr. Porakrit, Executive Vice President, New Business Development alluded in the interview, Sustainability is a journey not a destination. Even after over ten years of continued efforts there are still a lot of improvements and projects that have to be undertaken to achieve our goal to be a Green Building Materials Company.
