TPI M250 Acid Resistant Mortar

Application for plastering on concrete walls / unmade concrete surfaces, monolithic brick walls and concrete blocks. Or in contact with chemicals such as fermentation ponds, treatment ponds, storage tanks or storage rooms, etc., have corrosion resistance properties with high acid. HOW TO PREPARE THE USE OF PUTTY.

  • Clean the walls to be plastered, free from dust, oil, chemicals or anything that may affect adhesion. Then pour the water to damp. Then let dry.
  • Mix 1 M250 (20 kg) of M250 with 2.7 liters of water. Mix well. Leave for 5 minutes and mix again before use.
  • Bring the prepared plaster with polished steel trowel. By layer 5 mm each layer when the first dry. Then plaster the next layer to a thickness of about 10 mm when the plaster is dry, scrub it by the conventional polishing method.

HOW TO PREPARE CONCRETE

  • Mix 1 liter of M250 (20 kg) with 1/2 ""- 3/4"" stone and 3 liters of water to mix well. Leave it for about 5 minutes and mix again before use.
  • Bring ready-mixed mortar to the concrete. By general use.

SUGGESTION

  • When mixing or using, wear rubber gloves. Dust mask Or fabric off the nose. And be careful not to puncture the eyes. Or touch the body directly.
  • For acid-resistant plaster activated. Can be activated after 7 working days at normal conditions.
  • Can be activated after the work is completed one day when the temperature of 60 to 70 degrees for 24 hours.
