Cement mortar is used to produce CLC concrete blocks mixed with air bubbles and water at a given ratio.
USING
- Mix mortar for lightweight block (M220B) with water using a mortar ratio of 1 bag (50 kg) per 7.0 liters of water.
- Add bubbling agent at a given ratio. Mix the homogeneous mixture. Pour the prepared mixture. Should be used within 2 hours.
RAW MATERIAL
- TPI Portland Type 1 Cement according to ASTM C-150 and TIS 15-2555.
- Fine Crushed Limestone through the drying and sizing process.
- Quality additives.
QUALITY OF USING
One ton of lightweight concrete blocks (M220B) can be produced as a 20 x 60 x 7.5 CM aerated concrete block with 120 slabs.
